I am looking to sublet half of my spacious 900 sq ft apartment on a walk-up building in Chinatown, NYC.

Either 2 bedrooms or 1 room & 1 living room.

• Shared kitchen and full bathroom

• Shared dining table and chairs (available soon)

• All bedrooms are unfurnished. Please bring your own furniture.

• Shared electricity & utilities

• Shared cleaning fees for bathroom & kitchen.

Rooms available to sublet:

1st room: $900 is the small room that links to the shared full bathroom. It is technically the shared living room which is an open area. Please bring your own partition if needed.

Rent is for one person only (approx 150 sq ft).

2nd room: $1850 is the linked 2-bedroom with windows in one room, and the other room without window. Rent is for one person only. For two person, it is $2600 per month (approx 400 sq ft)

The apartment is on a 4th floor walk-up older building. No elevators!! It is very safe and convenient to everything since the landlord family lives there.

It is 3 mins walk from 6/J/N/Q/R/W/Z train at Canal st, or B/D/ train at Grand St.

Minimum 6-month lease, up to 2-year.

EMPLOYMENT CHECK and INCOME PROOF (w2 or 1099) are required before signing the lease

Pets are allowed for extra charge (to be discussed).
