Very spacious room and full of sunlight (south-facing). Located on 11th floor highrise. Current lease ends June 2020 but can be renewed.

There are two male roommates, both architects working in downtown NYC, neat and courteous, super friendly, got stylish tastes. They are easy to have conversations with.

Stuytown is a safe and well-maintained community. There are 2 gyms, 1 study room and a cafe. Plenty of outdoor activities such as farmer’s market, outdoor movies, skating rink, etc. From the apartment it’s about 3 mins walk to the L train 1 Ave station. All sorts of supermarket downstairs including Target, CVS, Duane Reade, Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. Easy access to the variety of restaurants, bistros, bars and nightlife in the East Village.
