In my house, there is a one bedroom, one living room, one kitchen, one bathroom, and one balcony. I want to find someone (better for male) to share renting fees if possible. You can choose to stay in the living room or bedroom. We share the kitchen and the bathroom.

The total renting fee is about $1250, including water. We can split it, maybe $700 for the bedroom and $550 for the living room.
