2B2B roommate needed flushing/murray hill! march 1st move in ($1700)

hii! i am currently looking for a new roommate to move into my 2b/2b apartment in flushing/murray hill. the lease would start march 1 and would be for the whole year. the rent would be 1700 plus gas & wifi (~100)

room details: the room has it's own private full bathroom attached! super spacious, great views of manhattan skyline. can fit a queen size bed, closet, desk, and more. my roommate is also leaving behind her closet if you'd like it, or we can also remove it!

the only shared space is the kitchen/living room area but i'm barely home. i do cook/bake occasionally but not everyday. we also have an in unit washer/dryer which is amazing!!

Apartment details:

• tons of natural light (our balcony faces the manhattan skyline so beautiful sunsets)

• In unit washer dryer!!

• full-size kitchen

• elevator

• AC/heater in each room

• doorman/package room

location: Northern Blvd & 146th st luxury condo on the 10th floor

transportation:

• 12 minute walk to murray hill lirr

• 15 minute walk to main st (7 train)

• 1 minute from bus (q12)

• this also takes you directly to main st in less than 10 minutes so it's the perfect transfer to the 7 train to get to manhattan

area:

• we are right across the st from hmart and gw supermarket

• lots of korean restaurants as well

• tangram mall and skyview mall are a walk away

utilities: water is included but wifi and gas are not (usually just $100~). it might be less depending on how much you use heating in the apartment, i personally prefer it colder so it really depends on you!

about me: i'm currently an undergrad student at nyu studying english education! i work full time and have night classes so i'll barely be in the apartment. i'm super chill about having friends over and i'm also open to being friends or also just strictly roommates! i've been living here for 2 years now and i love it. my previous roommate just bought a condo and so she'll be moving out but i would love to renew the lease with a new person! it would be a 1 year lease open to renew.

preferably looking for a female roommate in her 20s-30s but also open to males if the vibe check passes. income requirement: 40x rent credit score 720+ please! guarantors are welcome.
